A dynamic speaker and leader of people, Dr. Roberts has led the sales, customer engagement and business development functions for several Fortune 500 companies. He is known for his ability to simplify complex situations and has the propensity for understanding people and business process.
He is classically trained by several consumer packaged goods companies including: Oscar Mayer Foods, Coca-Cola, Eastman Kodak, Campbell Soup Company and Kraft Foods, which has enabled him to build a suite of business skills and applied organizational knowledge.
Throughout his journey he has lived across the United States and has gained a unique perspective on organizations and what makes them function at a high level. He received his Ph.D in Organizational Leadership from Capella University in 2012 and in 2014 christened Onyx Management Consulting, LLC. He has since consulted and facilitated for many organizations; both large and small.

Mike Robinson is a seasoned order-to-cash (O2C) supply chain professional with more than 20 Years of experience integrating and synchronizing people processes and technology. He has Direct Operational Expertise & Executive Leadership in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Order Management, Customer Experience, Procurement, Inventory Life-Cycle Management, Manufacturing, Customer Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Food Safety, and Quality Control.
Combined with more than 10 Years of Active-Duty Experience as an US Army Infantry Officer he has leveraged years of experience having held various Leadership positions in Supply Chain Management at both Mid-Size and Fortune-500 Organization ranging from Kraft Foods to Johnson and Johnson. He has also served in multiple industries from consumer package goods, durable goods to governmental roles and intimately understands the supply chain function and how best to optimize organizational processes.
Mike specializes in engagements that range from Shop Floor Optimization to Strategic C-Level Design, he understands the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, associated with each level of the organization, and has a track record of successfully enabling execution & driving efficiency for large and small organizations. One of his most recent engagements involved pioneering the SIOP implementation, transitioning the organization’s fractured S&OP process to a highly integrated & collaborative SIOP process, netting an immediate return in the organization’s ability to allocate inventory, plan capacity, align resource and proactively manage future demand.
